His career with the State of Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation demonstrates a strong commitment to guiding individuals through complex systems with clarity and care. William’s leadership in both government and nonprofit spaces has been marked by a consistent focus on process improvement, team coordination, and delivering compassionate, client-centered support.
