NCJC Housing & Development Foundation provides affordable rental housing to families and individuals who meet certain income requirements.

Senior Housing

NCJC Housing & Development Foundation provides affordable rental housing to seniors with low incomes who meet criteria set by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.

 

EDUCATION

 

NCJC Housing & Development Foundation partners with non-profit organizations to provide vocational education opportunities for youth and underserved young adults.  Millwork and various construction-related job skills are offered.  Our facility offers woodworking education in its on-site lab and hands-on construction experience in the rental properties it acquires and/or currently owns.
