He focuses on portfolio growth, public relations, and leveraging partnerships. He is primarily responsible in establishing the direction and future strategy of the Foundation based on the priorities set by the Board of Directors.

Greg works closely with the President and board of directors to develop and implement programs that provide affordable housing solutions, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with regulations. His leadership helps to align the foundation's mission with the needs of underserved populations, while fostering a culture of collaboration and social responsibility.

Accounting Manager
With years of experience in accounting and financial advising Erick is responsible for overseeing the financial health and stability of the organization. This includes tasks such as developing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, securing funding sources, and investing surplus funds. Additionally, Erick plays a crucial role in strategic planning, providing financial insights to support the foundation's mission of providing affordable housing to low-income individuals and families.
