The Chief Executive Officer, Greg, is ultimately responsible for justifying the impact and performance of the foundation to the Board. He focuses on portfolio growth, public relations, and leveraging partnerships. He is primarily responsible in establishing the direction and future strategy of the Foundation based on the priorities set by the Board of Directors.

Brandon Hill
Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer, Brandon, plays a key role, helping shape and deliver on the strategic imperatives of the Foundation. Reporting to the CEO, Brandon is a member of a lean and agile leadership team and has primary responsibility for the organization’s strategic management, project operations, and property oversight. This role works closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to determine strategies to best fulfill the organization's mission.

Bookkeeper
The Bookkeeper is responsible for preparing, examining, and managing all financial records for the NCJC Housing & Development Foundation. The position encompasses the financial management of the Foundations diverse portfolio of housing facilities. This position works closely with the CEO and helps to meet the established imperatives through accounting growth strategies and monitoring key performance indicators.
