Jump Project Management Guide 

The JUMP Program began when two new Jaycee members were asked what need in their community they were willing to help solve. One answered homelessness. The other answered children's education. Those two answers grew into a 12-week mentorship program serving underprivileged students through tutoring, meals, life skills training, career speakers, mentoring, and food assistance for their families.

This Project Management Guide (PMG) documents the planning, partnerships, challenges, and results of that program from its first idea around a meeting table to its successful completion. It is shared here not as a blueprint to be copied exactly, but as a reminder of what can happen when ordinary people choose to stop waiting for someone else and become the change they want to see.
